Who we are
We are centrally located in the United States. Our engineers have extensive thermal processing experience in Semiconductor and Solar industries. Due to our unique skillsets and experience, we provide solutions for our customers and OEM partners to achieve their objectives.
We specialize in global service and installation support for Diffusion and LPCVD furnace equipment. Established in 2003, we have been providing solutions for our customers for 17 years. Our network of experienced service engineers have a minimum of 10 years electro-mechanical and industry experience and have previously worked for major OEMs, thus making them experts within their field. In addition to service support, we have been providing innovative and cost-effective retrofits, process hardware conversions, high quality used equipment and difficult to locate legacy spare parts worldwide. Our customers are major semiconductor and photovoltaic manufactures across the globe. We pride ourselves on developing and continuing long lasting customer relationships, and we welcome the opportunity to expand our satisfied client list.
